Haryana Enterprise Promotion Center (HEPC)

The Government of Haryana has taken a path breaking initiative of setting up Single Roof Clearance System supported by an interactive portal i.e. www.investharyana.in offering all enterprise related clearances/ services online. Taking a lead in the country, the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016 was enacted providing for single roof mechanism and creating statutory framework for grant of clearances through Empowered Executive Committee (EEC) and District Level Clearance Committees (DLCCs). The entire system operates under the guidance of an apex body, Haryana Enterprises Promotion Board (HEPB) constituted under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana.

Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana, inaugurated HEPC at Panchkula on 2nd February, 2017, which acts as a ‘Single Roof Clearance System’ for the State. The Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC) has been set up under the provisions of the HEP Act, 2016 to provide Secretarial services to Haryana Enterprise Promotion Board and Empowered Executive Committee. It acts as single point of contact between Investors and various departments of the State Government providing for clearances in a time-bound manner to the enterprises/ investors.
