Haryana is a land of opportunities & enterprise and today it is counted amongst the most developed and industrialized States of India. Haryana has taken rapid strides in augmentingindustrial infrastructure and sector specific initiatives.

I believe that the conducive policy environment for market creation, technology development and setting up of a vibrant manufacturing ecosystem for focus sectors can give a further push to the industrial development in the State. In view of this we have various sector specific policies such as Enterprises Promotion Policy 2015, Agriculture and Food Processing Policy, Textiles Policy – 2018 etc. in place which has special focus on augmenting industrial infra, ease in regulations, human capital development, fiscal incentives etc. to give boost to the focus sectors.

We are further taking steps on upgrading the industrial infrastructure in the State through initiatives such as industrial land bank creation, plug and play infrastructure, quality power for industry and connectivity up-gradation.

Further, we are in line to create a robust ecosystem that would promote new investments, create new business avenues, develop new ancillary industries, generate employments, and provide better livelihood to the people of Haryana.

We are confident to take the State to the next level of growth trajectory.

Haryana has achieved significant milestones in its endeavor as a hub for industrial products. This is evident from the factthat Haryana today is a major contributor ofpassenger cars, motorcycles, tractors, bicycles, and scientific instruments.

The State has undertaken many reforms to improve the Ease of DoingBusiness (EoDB) in the State. Some of the reforms include implementation of a Single WindowClearance system, relaxation in labour laws, faster environmental clearance etc. As a result, the Statehas emerged as one of the top State in ease of doing business.

Further, the State Government is fully committed to provide “hassle free business” through a new industrial regime by automatic approvals and decentralization in the State.A system of online clearances has already been put in place and almost all the services/ approvals can be applied and get online in a time bound manner without any physical interface. We are continuously working towards making industries more competitive by reducing cost of doing business in the State.

We invite you to come and experience a new way of doing business in the State.
